Design, considered from every angle

Dova has been thoughtfully designed to feel grounded in its surroundings while offering a contemporary way of living. Set at the meeting point of Dominion and Valley, the architecture responds to the established character of Mount Eden — respectful in scale, refined in detail, and designed to age gracefully over time.

Rather than a single building, Dova is composed of three architecturally distinct forms. Each has its own identity and outlook, carefully positioned to maximise light, privacy and connection, while together creating a cohesive neighbourhood anchored by a shared central garden.

Architecture with purpose

Designed by Ashton Mitchell, Dova’s architecture brings together elegant forms, warmth and texture. Carefully chosen materials and building placement maximise light, privacy and outlook, creating homes that feel calm, enduring and well resolved.

“Mount Eden has such an eclectic mix of buildings, many with nostalgic value. Dova’s design needed to be sympathetic but not imitative; a modern, refined and elegant contribution to Mount Eden’s next chapter.”

Clifford Paul, Director at Ashton Mitchell

Dova’s interiors are generous in scale yet intimately detailed. Every space, every corner, every finish is a considered balance of form and function.

The Common

At the heart of Dova is The Common: a thoughtfully landscaped collection of central green spaces exclusively for residents. Designed as an extension of your home, The Common brings daily opportunities to work, meet, recharge and enjoy the outdoors your way.
